Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within the United States only.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is free on orders $120 or more. Orders under $120 have a flat $15 shipping fee.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free return label.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before the order ships.
Products & Warranty
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 3-year warranty against structural frame defects from the date of delivery.
Q: Are accent pillows covered by the warranty?
A: No, accent pillows are excluded from our Limited Warranty.
Q: Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
A: Most items require some assembly. Instructions are included with each product.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in USD.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
